Dr. Allen W. Ballar, D.D.S.

An Atlanta native, Dr. Ballar met his college sweetheart Kathy while attending GSU and married her in 1970. Together they raised their son Chris who is now an estate planning attorney practicing in Gwinnett County.

Dr. Ballar's professional career includes:

• Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia State University in 1971
• DDS degree from Emory University School of Dentistry in 1975
• Captain in the United States Army Dental Corp from 1975-1978, participated in general practice internship at Tripler Army Medical Center
• Started private practice in Gwinnett County in 1980
• Member of the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry and the Northern District Dental Society
• Certificate and Georgia state permit for administering Oral Conscious Sedation in office

Dr. Ballar has been active in the Peachtree Corners Community since 1978. He enjoys spending time with family and his two beautiful grand daughters. His hobbies include: listening to music, playing the guitar and drums and traveling to the beach with his companion dogs. Most importantly, Dr. Ballar especially enjoys helping people achieve beautiful and healthy smiles with the latest technologies in a loving and caring atmosphere. Recently he has completed advanced training and received his certificate and permit for administering oral conscious sedation to help those patients who were fearful or unable to relax and achieve adequate anesthesia.

Dr. Matthew P. Bleicken, D.M.D.

Now living in Peachtree corners, Dr. Bleicken is also an Atlanta native originally from Stone Mountain. He attended Woodward Academy for his high school education.

Dr. Bleicken's professional career includes:

• Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Georgia in 1995
• Doctor of Medical Dentistry from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta in 1999
• Member of the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association, and the Northern District Dental Society

Dr. Bleicken and his wife Jenny were happy to return to Atlanta after dental school to start their family and career. They have three wonderful children named Samantha, Mitchell and Nicholas. The Bleicken's enjoy going to the lake, playing tennis, walking and spending time with their children.
