The purpose of your initial visit is to collect diagnostic information and to meet the doctors and staff. You will receive a thorough exam to determine your dental needs resulting in a treatment plan with related fees and finance options. Your first visit will include:

• Complete evaluation of your dental and medical history
• Evaluation of your TMJ (jaw joint)
• Oral cancer screening
• Evaluation of the current condition of your teeth / bite and how it relates to your overall dental health
• Computer charting and evaluation of your existing dental restorations (for example: crowns, dentures or partials)
• Comprehensive X-ray exam
• Video imaging for cosmetic and diagnostic review
• Written treatment plan and fees (at most initial appointments)

Our office accepts most traditional dental insurance plans. Our office goal is to make sure that our patients understand the cost involved for the treatment before any treatment is performed. A treatment plan customized for each patient's needs with an explanation of the different options and related costs involved will be provided. We strive to make sure that our patients are always satisfied.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and Dental Fee Plan (outside financing), as well as cash or personal checks. In a few instances, we are able to offer financial arrangements.
